使用过U盘的朋友们都会碰到这样的情况，想退出U盘时，点击右下方的“安全删除硬件”的图标，都会弹出一个对话框，“现在无法停止‘通用卷”设备，请稍后再停止该设备”。有的朋友怕直接拔下U盘后，U盘里的数据会丢失。实际上这个时候并没有打开U盘中的文件，U盘也是正常的，但为什么会出现这个问题呢，直接拔出U盘里的数据会不会丢失呢，就让笔者使用购买的台电心灵塔U盘设置一下，给大家讲解如何解决这种情况和避免直接拔出U盘时数据的丢失。

先打开“我的电脑”，选择你U盘盘符。右击选择“属性”，这时会弹出“可移动磁盘(H:)属性”(这里的盘符是按操作系统硬盘的分区和光驱的分区来排列的)的窗口，单击“硬件”标签。

避免拔出U盘数据丢失办法

在“所有磁盘驱动器”中选择使用的U盘(不要选择错了，这里会出现硬盘、软驱、光驱、虚拟光驱等设备，一般U盘都会有“Flash Disk USB”这几个字母)，选择后，单击“属性”，这时会打开U盘名称属性窗口，选择“策略”标签。

避免拔出U盘数据丢失教程

　　这时可以按照自己的需要来选择：如果选择“为快速删除而优化”，这时，使用U盘读写的速度会下降，但是当用户直接拔下U盘时，U盘的数据不会丢失或者损坏；如果选择“为提高性能而优化”，这时，能优化U盘的读写性能，但是如果直接拔下U盘时，U盘中的数据可能损坏或者丢失。选择完以后，单击“确定”即可。

如何避免拔出U盘数据丢失教程

　　一般情况下，出现这种问题的原因就是U盘里有文件正在被使用，可以检查一下自己电脑里哪些进程可能会使用到这里面的文件，关闭掉就可以了。比如说文件夹正打开着，或者有杀毒软件等类似的监视进程会默认扫描一些文件，或者系统正在对U盘里的文件正在进行文件索引等，这类比较隐性的文件使用情况都会造成这种情况。笔者建议选择“为快速删除而优化”这个选项，在直接拔出的情况下U盘不会丢失数据。
