【U盘量产教程】U盘基本上是现代人每天都会用到的一种存储工具了。它可以用来存储文件，修复系统，非常的实用方便。但是也由于我们的经常使用，很容易造成u盘的损坏，碰到这种情况时，很多人会通过U盘量产的方式来修复。那么要如何对U盘进行量产呢，下面小编就来给大家分享一篇U盘量产教程。
不同的u盘其主控芯片是不一样的。所以我们应该先下载安装个Chip Genius用于检测U盘的主控芯片，然后再根据主控芯片选择相应的u盘量产工具。
这里装机吧www.125315.com的小编用的是2g的金士顿U盘，根据Chip Genius的检测显示，该U盘用的是联群PS2231的主控芯片。
1、接着我们可以根据该芯片的型号，在网上下载相应的v1.96.00量产工具。
2、下载后我们会发现v1.96.00文件夹里存放有很多文件和软件。不用理会，一般来说我们只会用到ParamEdt-F1-v1.0.20.2和F1_90_v196_00两个文件。其他的两个程序主要是OEM用的。
3、运行ParamEdt-F1-v1.0.20.2.exe文件，填入相关数据，生成U盘配置文件。基本上除了模式一栏外，大部分数据我们都可以不填写。

客户资料：建议填写，以便日后需要这个数据时能够读取（注
意：PID和VID需要遵循0x????格式如：PID：0x0930 厂商：Kingston；VID：0x6545）
修订版本：PMAP （一般来说软件会自动识别自动填写，如果未识别可以自己填写）
产品：DataTraveler 2.0
配置：建议勾选“Auto detect”选项。
卷标：可填可不填。提示：可隐藏区域（私有区域）是可以隐藏的区域，不是隐藏区域，
Serial number：不要填。如果填写错误，你可能需要完整格式化才能使用U盘
Preformat：勾选后，在后续操作中会出现一次手动插拔U盘的操作。
Hidden size：将U盘部分容量隐藏。隐藏大小可以根据个人需要进行填写。注意：隐藏意味着你关闭了这部分的容量，除非重新执行量产，否则这部分容量不会出现也无法使用。
模式：重点
3 将U盘做成一个可移动磁盘。此模式在修复U盘时经常使用，可以让你的u盘恢复成你刚买回来时的状态。
4 将U盘做成一个私有（可隐藏）移动磁盘。需要指定软盘映像文件在标签“F1-2”中。。
7 将U盘做成一个公共可移动磁盘和一个私有移动磁盘。私有可移动磁盘可以执行加密操作，加密后私有磁盘隐藏。
8 将U盘做成一个可移动磁盘，可隐藏，可开放
14 将U盘做成一个光盘或者硬盘（注意是硬盘，不是可移动磁盘）和一个可移动磁盘
21 将U盘做成一个CD-ROM和一个可移动磁盘。同样需要指定光盘映像文件在标签“F1-2”中。
一般来说我们都会选择21模式。
4、配置好后，我们选择另存为kingston.ini文件。
5、然后运行F1_90_v196_00.exe文件。将刚才另存的kingston.ini文件导入即可进行量产。
6、如果量产成功则是绿色，否则是红色（u盘量产失败怎么办：http://www.kkzj.com/）。
中国有句古语叫：置之死地而后生。我觉得用在你的U盘已经损坏（非盘本身质量问题）的情况下是非常合适的。因为对于U盘量产，其实大家大可不必有所顾虑，放心大胆的去操作，量产是不会弄坏U盘的。
