第一种方式：

这个方法是微软官方发布的解决办法：

1.请确认您的系统安装盘是否完好和干净（Make sure that your Windows 2000 CD-ROM is clean and is not scratched.）

2.如果您有一个以上光驱，请试试另外一个（If you have more than one CD-ROM drive, run Windows 2000 Setup from the other drive.）

3.如果您按照上面步骤仍然无法解决问题，请更换您的光驱（. If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may have to replace your CD-ROM drive.）

第二种方式：

故障分析：

错误代码为C000007B，这种情况应该是你的硬件错误造成的，主要和你的硬盘接口兼容模式有关。

解决办法：

进入BIOS 设置一下硬盘接口（SATA接口）的兼容模式就应该可以解决问题了（如何进行bios设置：这里以惠普bios设置为例子）。

第三种方式：

故障分析:

启动Windows过程中无法访问系统分区或启动卷.。这种情况一般会发生在更换主板后的第一次启动中，主要是由于新旧主板的IDE控制器使用的芯片不同而组造成的，此外，也可能是硬盘或病毒损伤所致。

解决方案:

前一种情况我们只需要用安装光盘进行安装修复就可以解决了。对于病毒则可以选择使用DOS版的杀毒软件进行查杀。假如是你的电脑硬盘本身存在的问题，可以选择将其安装到其他电脑中, 使用"chkdsk /r"来检查修复磁盘错误。
