　　一、认识BIOS电池

　　笔记本电脑中一般安置有两块电池，一块是人们熟悉的主电池，在没有交流电的场所可以让笔记本电脑继续工作;第二块电池就是BIOS电池，该电池的功能是在笔记本电脑断电后给主板的部分电路持续供电，以维持系统时间继续运转以及让更改后的BIOS设置继续生效。

　　在许多笔记本电脑中，BIOS电池的型号为CR2032，外观为银白色，外形只比普通的纽扣大一些(因而这类电池俗称“纽扣电池”)。这类电池为可充式锂电池，额定电压为3V(新电池时，用万用表测量电压在3.2~3.4V之间)。

　　二、DIY更换实战

　　工具准备：35W电烙铁一把、松香、焊锡条若干、刀片、绝缘胶布、镊子、螺丝刀等(图2)。

　　Step1：拆卸键盘和腕托。先把电池从机身上取下，接着对照T40底部的螺丝图示标签，用螺丝刀把4颗3号螺丝旋下，然后把键盘与主板相连接的排线从主板插座上拔下，即可取下键盘。再把4颗1号螺丝、1颗2号螺丝和3颗4号螺丝取下，卸下腕托。

　　Step2：取下BIOS电池。T40的BIOS电池在光驱支架和无线网卡之间，电池为黄色封皮，比较容易辨别。用镊子把电池引线的插头从主板插座上拔下，取下电池。

　　Step3：取出BIOS电池的“心”。用刀片割破电池外面的黄色封皮，然后用电烙铁从电池上焊下红黑两根引线(红线连接电池的正极，黑线连接电池的负极)。用数字万用表测量，发现电池电压已不足2V。

　　Step4：焊接BIOS电池。这一步骤是业余条件下更换笔记本BIOS电池最关键的一步。业余条件下更换BIOS一般只能借助于电烙铁来焊接，而BIOS电池外表皮有镀铬层，很难吃上焊锡。我们可以先用刀片把电池需要焊接的部位刮花，再搪上松香，然后用蘸上焊锡的电烙铁焊接，一般均可顺利焊接成功。要注意的是，焊接时，电烙铁与电池的接触时间不能过长，一次焊接时间一般不宜超过3秒钟，否则会损坏新电池或使新电池性能降低。还有，电池正负极千万不能接错。一般来说，有电池标识(如电池品牌、电压等)的那一面是正极，连接红色引线，而另一面则是电池负极，连接黑色引线。
