内存作为电脑的存储部件，是电脑的重要组成部分，一旦内存出现故障，就会影响到电脑的正常启动与运行，那么内存引起的常见故障有哪些呢？今天装机吧就为大家总结下。
1.感染电脑的病毒程序常驻留内存中，导致CMOS参数中关于内存的相关参数值被修改，导致内存值与内存条实际内存大小不符，这将会导致电脑在使用时出现速度变慢或是系统死机等现象。
2.电脑进行内存扩充选择了与主板不兼容的内存条。建议在升级电脑的内存条之前一定要认真查看主板主使用说明，如果主板不支持512M以上大容量内存，即使升级后也无法正常使用。如果是由于主板的兼容性不好，那么可以升级主板的BIOS，看看是否能解决主板与内存条兼容问题。
3.Windows系统中运行DOS状态下的应用软件时，由于内存空间分配冲突，导致电脑出现黑屏、花屏、死机现象。
4.Windows运行速度明显变慢，系统出现许多有关内存出错的提示。
电脑运行的应用程序有时候会非法访问内存、或是内存中驻留了太多的插件和相关应用程序的配置文件等，均可以使系统的速度变慢，更严重的甚至出现死机。
5.内存与主板的插槽/金手指与主板的插槽接触不良引起电脑无法正常启动，打开电脑主机电源后机箱报警喇叭出现长时间的短声鸣叫，或是打开主机电源后电脑可以启动但无法正常进入操作系统，屏幕出现"Error:Unable to ControlA20 Line"的错误信息后并死机。
6.内存兼容性不好造成计算机运行不稳定，遇到此情况，可以尝试更换下内存的位置，或是在BIOS中关闭内存由SPD自动配置的选项，改为手动配置，如果主板带有I/O电压调节功能，可将电压适当调高，加强内存的稳定性。
