services.exe主要用途是管理启动和停止服务，也实在计算机启动关机时运行的服务。services.exe非常重要，是Windows 的组成部，如果没有他系统将会无法正常运行。
注意：此外，services.exe也有可能 sober.p (储存在%systemroot%connection wizardstatus目录)和w32.randex.r (该文件的存放目录为：%systemroot%system32) 组成的木马病毒。该种病毒会可以侵入你的计算机窃取你的个人数据和用户密码，因此，一旦发现services.exe为木马病毒时，应该立即删除它保护你的数据安全。

U盘接入后电脑卡的处理方法：
当services.exe确诊为病毒时（U盘防毒技巧：http://www.kkzj.com/），我们应该立即采用杀毒软件对我们的U盘进行杀毒，此外还要进行手动清理才能将该病毒彻底删除。方法如下：

4、关闭注册表，重启。

只有通过以上这些步骤才能都将导致电脑卡的U盘病毒完全清理干净。
