随着u盘的价格趋于平民化，很多朋友都给自己配了一个小巧的u盘。由于国家没有对芯片规定一个标准，造成市场上带次品芯片的U盘非常泛滥。市场上的u盘这么多，如何才能知道自己的u盘质量好坏呢。下面装机吧www.125315.com就来给大家介绍一下。
U盘芯片级别分为3种：
1、A+级
2、A级
3、B级
当然在读写速度、次数、功耗等方面，同种规格的A+级芯片自然要优于A级芯片，而A级芯片又优于B级芯片。
对于级别的评价标准，行业标准主要是依据闪存每单元的写入次数决定的，A级的Flash芯片可以使用10万次/每存储单元。另外低坏块率使A级Flash芯片的特点，行业里也把坏块率低于5%的Flash称为A级Flash，而高于5%的坏块率的Flash称为B级Flash。
目前市场上流行黑片、白片的说法，都是Downgrade Flash的类型，由于Flash制程和容量的提升，内部的构成越来越复杂。简单的说，黑片的概念主要用于芯片，白片的概念既用于芯片也用于闪存卡。芯片工厂淘汰的次品就是黑片，未打上工厂标和芯片型号，这样的芯片也很有可能通过各种渠道流通到市场，现在很多大厂U盘为了降低成本大量采购芯片厂选下的坏块多的芯片，然后通过技术处理，做成产品。白片则比黑片质量好一点，会被人为的给打上标志，但这也不是正规厂商打的标志。
有成百上千个芯片在一个晶圆上（u盘组成结构：http://www.kkzj.com/），晶圆生产好后，需要经过测试并把不好的芯片做上标记；买回未切割的晶圆的裸片的厂家会自己切割、邦定，标记为不好的芯片就会被丢弃；测试过的晶圆则会被送去切割封装，封装好后就是我们看到的带管脚的芯片了，在封装阶段标记为不好的芯片同样会被丢弃。通常情况下由于正规的测试流程是很费时的，因此有些晶圆厂会为了提高了成本，会把未经过测试的晶圆卖给需要裸片的厂家，由后者自己进行测试，对于后者的好处是可以买到较便宜的晶圆，但是会买未测试过晶园的厂家通常也都没有好的测试设备，又为了节省测试项目的成本，使得很多半导体厂不能通过的晶圆却制成了最终的成品，这也是造成产品质量不稳定的一个重要原因。
