电脑会出现的问题有很多，有的时候或许是主机有问题，有的时候或许是系统有问题，有的时候又或许是屏幕有问题。但这些问题都不是主编我今天要说的。小编我今天要说的呢，是关于键盘的，那就是当键盘按键错乱时，我们该用什么办法来解决，来，我们接着往下看吧。

我们的电脑宝贝，虽然拥有强大的本事，带领我们了解很多东西。但它也是需要保护的，不然当它出现问题的时候，难受的就是我们了。就像键盘按键错乱的问题，也是因为我们现在太多的输入法，或者是引入了一些病毒，又或者是不保持键盘的清洁工作，所导致的。

键盘按键错乱有以下几种相应的解决办法：

一、键盘的小键盘（数字键盘）关闭

像有小键盘的笔记本电脑，当小键盘关闭的时候，按小键盘上的按键却不是显示数字而是方向（相当于键盘上的方向键）。不过这对于有些没有小键盘的笔记本来说也是会有这种情况的。这个时候你只需要将数字键盘的切换间打开就可以了.

二、键盘的输入功能被切换

这其实是笔记本的键盘的一种特殊功能来的。解决的棒法很简单，直接关闭键盘就可以了，但是因为笔记本厂商各类型的笔记本设计都不同，所以关闭和打开小键盘的方式也会有所不同。不过几乎都是Fn键+数字锁定键，或者是shift键+数字锁定键。

为方便小伙伴，我给你们找到了一些电脑品牌所对应的关闭键盘的快捷键：

惠普笔记本——Fn+Numlock键(Num与Scroll在同一个键上)或者Fn+Scroll键（F12后面那个键）

戴尔笔记本——Fn+F4键(F4键图标右下角有个小锁，锁中有个数字9，它就是Num键)或者Fn+Numlock键

IBM笔记本——Shift+Numlock键

联想笔记本——Fn+ NmLK Scroll键(右上方，两个功能在一起)、Fn+ NmLK键、Fn+ NmLK键

三、输入法出现了问题

现在人们用的输入法种类比较多，基本上都不用系统自带的输入法了。都选择在网上下载比较好用的输入法，但可能是与电脑里安装的其他软件之间有冲突，所以导致系统不稳定、输入法崩溃的现象。

这个时候你可能要需要反复切换，或者重启电脑，来解决这个问题。所以小编我不建议你们装太多输入法在电脑上。

四、笔记本故障

如果上面的方法还是解决不了，那可能就是你的笔记本出现了硬件故障了，比如进水、掉键。有异物进入键盘里的线路出现短路、断路等现象。如果是这样就要拿去维修店进行维修。
