小米6X的前置2000万像素照相机确保客户在大白天自拍照时有着极高分析力，而在弱光自拍照标准下，其一样适用光感应像素4合1造成2μm的超大型像素，它使在弱光下自拍照和视频录制小视频的界面更光亮。另外前置柔光灯会在弱光自拍照时全自动开启，提高界面的总体色度，而前置HDR会在背光自拍照时全自动打开。
