2、运行大型程序卡屏死机黑屏，手机上开的应用太多或运行程序太大导致手机卡顿死机。长按电源键，直到手机重新启动或出现向右滑动关机，如果能重新打开手机，这时要打开手机管家对手机垃圾进行清理，释放内存。

3、同时也要卸载不需要的应用APP。点击设置——其他设置——应用程序管理——已经安装——找到不需要的应用APP，点击卸载。

4、还有情况是手机散热问题，手机发热导致死机黑屏的情况。这时保持手机充电，不玩手机，等待手机散热后重启即可修复。

5、另外以上的方法尝试后还是不能解决的话，可以尝试手机在完全关机状态下，同时按住音量减键和电源键8秒左右，会自动进入官方recovery模式，选择wipe data/factory reset恢复出厂设置，然后重启手机即可。（注意出厂设置会清除手机的文件，有数据丢失的风险，该方法可以考虑清楚后操作）
