1、抖音中点击底部的“消息”后。
2、便可看到消息提示中多会出现的系统消息或抖音小助手，这两个是不能禁止的，属于系统默认设置；可以设置的是其他熟悉的或者不熟悉的人发来的消息，每次有新的消息后，便可在菜单“消息”旁看到提示信息。
3、找到问题后，点击底部菜单“我”，位置在右下角。
4、打开个人中心后，点击头像右侧的“...”图标。
5、接着在新打开的白色对话框中点击最后一项“设置”。
6、在打开的设置界面中，我们点击“通知设置”下边的“隐私设置”，而不是点选“通知设置”。
7、接着点击“隐私设置”中的“谁可以发消息给我”。
8、观察新打开的页面，可知在对抖音中的消息进行设置的时候，我们有三个选项，一个是“所有人”，一个是“仅相互关注的人”，再一个是“关闭”：点选最后一个“关闭”：只剩下“系统消息”和“抖音小助手”可以给你发消息了，其他人都不会再给你发消息，接收消息的信息提示也会变得很少。
