  相信大家都有过这样的经历，在家上着网，玩着游戏或者看着电影，电脑突然就关机，表示非常的不爽，那么电脑自动关机是怎么回事呢，遇到这种情况应该怎么办？接下来小编为大家详细讲解。
  1：室内温度高，特别是在炎热的夏天，长时间运行大型程序或者大型的网络游戏。
  2：最常见的一种，CPU和主板温度，这两种元件温度过高往往会引起自动关机；主板上配件有烧焦的痕迹或者闻一闻有没有烧焦的气味。
  3：电脑长时间使用，会造成机箱里面灰尘过多，这样就会导致主板短路或散热不良，造成了电脑自动关机，稍微懂电脑的可以拆开主机清理一下机箱的灰尘，也可以去电脑维修店清理。

  4：还有情况就是电源故障，CPU与硬盘运行加重时，电源无法承受突然增大的情况，便会导致电脑自动断电关机，所以要更换大功率电源。
  5：在你下载软件的时候可能附带了病毒，不少的病毒都可以控制你电脑自动重启或者关机：我们可以使用最新的杀毒软件进行杀毒或者查杀木马，有些木马与病毒不容易清除，那么我们就重装系统。

  6：排插座，不要去买廉价的排插座，有些廉价的排插座是承受不住主机电源带来的重力，就有可能导致排插座短路、烧掉主板；建议去买品牌的排插座。
  7：主板上的内存条松弛也会导致电脑自动关机，我们可以拆下来，换一个插槽。
