1、这种问题一般是系统文件缺失导致的。
2、先查看一下C:\WINDOWS\system32文件夹下是否有scrrun.dll这个文件，如果没有的话，下载scrrun.dll或复制别人的。
3、如果有的话，通过“Win键+R”打开运行，输入cmd，回车
4、在弹出来的窗口中，输入命令regsvr32 "c:windowssystem32scrrun.dll"，回车。
通过上面的操作就能修复金蝶KIS服务器activex部件不能创建对象的问题了。
