二、七天内免费退货

消费者以正式购货发票日期为准，如果发现电脑出现了性能故障可以自行选择退货、换货或者送去维修。如果选择整机退货的话，经销商需要按照购买正式购货发票的价格，为消费者进行一次性退清货款服务。

三、八至十五天免费换货或维修

从选购了联想笔记本电脑的那天起的第八天到至第十五天，如果发现您所购买的电脑主机出现三包规定中的列出的计算性能故障，可以选择换货或送去免费修理。如果有换机要求的，所售门店就要为顾客更换同型号同规格的商品或不低于原商品性能的同品牌新商品。
