方法/步骤：
方法一：重新启动网络连接
如果使用的电脑网络连接不正常或者不稳定时，那就会减慢下载速度。可以尝试关闭电脑互联网开关并在大约 1 分钟后重新打开即可。
方法二：网络诊断修复并优化环境
1、玩家steam下载速度慢也有可能是网络DNS出现异常或者hosts文件数据错误，这时需要借助工具对电脑网络进行原因诊断，可以使用360断网急救箱等工具来修复。

1、首先使用win+R快捷键打开【运行】，输入【cmd】命令，点击【确定】。
2、在命令窗口当中，输入【notepad "%systemroot%/system32/drivers/etc/hosts】命令，然后按下回车键。
3、系统就会弹出电脑当中的hosts文件，在该文件当中输入【61.147.228.241 cdn.mileweb.cs.steampowered.com.8686c.com】，然后进行保存即可。
