方法一：重置id密码

方法二：使用牛学长工具移除apple id

1、很多苹果用户，无法直接在此界面修改id密码，或因一些信息验证错误造成无法重设id密码而选择恢复出厂设置，但也是需要输入apple id密码的。

2、如果iPhone没有登录iCloud的id，刷机后是不需要输入原来的id密码。如果已登录iCloud，开启了【查找我的iPhone】，刷机或升级后还会出现激活锁，那么如何解决?可以使用牛学长苹果屏幕解锁工具，移除没有密码的apple id。无论是忘记了apple id和密码，不记得iCloud帐户或密码，或是apple id被禁用后想解锁，牛学长苹果屏幕解锁工具都可以解决。

(1)下载安装好牛学长苹果屏幕解锁工具，启动程序后出现三个功能选项，选择“移除apple id”功能。

(2)使用数据线连接设备与电脑，软件会提醒先解锁屏幕，然后点击设备上的“信任”。软件识别成功后，点击“开始移除”即可。

(3)“查找我的iPhone”已关闭。软件检测到设备后立即解锁，整个移除过程仅需要几秒钟，直到出现移除成功界面。

(4)“查找我的iPhone”已启用。如果启用了“查找我的iPhone”，则必须先重置iOS设备上的所有设置：转到【设置】-【通用】-【还原】-【还原所有设置】，重置后设备将自动重启，工具将立即开始删除apple id或iCloud帐户。

(5)apple id移除成功后，该设备可以登录其它apple id或创建新的apple id。

方法三、登陆苹果官网找回apple id密码

1、iPhone出现激活锁忘记apple id账号密码，可考虑前往苹果官网找回或重置id密码，点击【忘记了apple id或密码?】。然后根据操作步骤提示，填写相关的信息即可找回apple id密码。

2、如果iPhone apple id账号也忘记了怎么办?还可通过注册邮箱或手机号来找回apple id，在操作过程中都是有相关的操作提示的。

3、由此可见，苹果还是为用户提供了多条备选方案来解决此问题的，apple id、注册邮箱、手机号，只要能记住其中一个，一般就能找回apple id或密码。但是如果因时间太久，邮箱、手机号已停用，无法通过苹果官方验证找回密码，那么方法二为最佳解决方案。

注意事项

1、移除成功后，不要使用原始 Apple ID在此设备中重新登录或注册。未激活设备无法移除。此方法禁止使用于非法商业解锁;

2、如果开启了“查找我的iPhone”，则不支持iOS 11.4及以上版本及更高版本;

3、如果开启了“查找我的iPhone”，系统版本是从iOS 10.2以下，需手动还原设置，数据会丢失;

4、如果开启了“查找我的iPhone”，系统版本是从iOS 11.4及以上，且已开启双重认证及屏幕锁，数据会丢失;

5、如果关闭着“查找我的iPhone”，则支持所有设备，并且系统版本是iOS 10.2及以上，则使用该工具后数据不会丢失;

6、移除 Apple ID后，请勿清除设备上的所有内容和设置，或使用iTunes恢复iPhone。因为重新启动后需要原始 Apple ID才能激活设备，并且将无法再通过该软件删除 Apple ID!

总结：
