1、适用范围区别

2、性能上的区别
鸿蒙系统是基于微内核的全场景分布式系统，具有分布架构，天生流畅，内核安全和生态共享的优势。微内核也使得系统整体功耗会变得很低。而Android系统有大 量的冗余代码，开发者大会上余承东说，安卓系统的代码有一亿行，代码庞大难以保证系统的流畅，就算是安卓Linux内核也有2000万行，而核心代码被频繁调用的只有不到十分之一。
3、安全性区别
安卓系统广为诟病的一点就是没有系统层级统一的权限管理和调度。这让用户在实际的体验中会很割裂。一方面安卓系统需要用户通过一些权限许可，另一方面在APP的实际运行过程中，APP程序可以借机不受监管和控制的收集信息。如山寨软件后台收集通讯录，剪贴板等数据。系统结构使得安卓的隐私保护进展困难。鸿蒙系统据说解决了该问题，因为在核心上就禁止了访问，而且所有的功能都是独立上锁的，鸿蒙系统天生就没有root功能。
