软件版本：驱动精灵

方法/步骤：
借助工具修复网卡驱动解决上网问题：

1.鼠标右击win开始菜单图标，选择“设备管理器”进入。

2.在设备管理器界面找到声音、视频和游戏控制器，选择显卡驱动右击“卸载驱动”。

3.接着勾选“删除此设备的驱动程序软件”点击确定。

4、然后打开下载好的【驱动精灵】，在进入的页面中点击【一键体检】。

5、系统检测完成后，点击安装需要的声卡驱动程序，等待修复完成即可。
