七彩虹对旗下产品的售后服务为：七天包退，八至十五天包换，三年包修的三包服务承诺。

保修说明注意事项：

一、“七天包退”自售出之日起七日内，用户在正常使用该产品的情况下，如果产品出现质量上的问题，用户可以选择退货，换货或修理。用户要求退货时，七彩虹显卡产品销售者应当负责为用户退货，并按当时销售价格一次退清货款。

二、“八至十五天包换” 售出后的第八日至十五日，用户在正常使用该产品的情况下，如果出现产品质量上的问题，用户可选择换货或者修理。用户要求换货时，销售者应当负责为用户调换同型号同规格的产品;同型号同规格的产品停止生产时，应该调换不低于原产品性能的同品牌产品。

三、“三年包修” 自售出的当时日期起三年内，用户在正常使用该产品的情况下，如果出现质量上的问题，并且属于正常包修范围内的产品，提供包修三年的质保服务。

四、若经本公司判断属以下因素，不实行三包。

A.过三包有效期的。

B.质保易碎贴不完整、撕毁的产品。

C.未按产品使用说明的要求使用、维护、保管而造成损坏的。

D.未经七彩虹公司授权的人员，私自拆、改装、修理或试图修理过的产品，表现为：铁片档板丢失及扭曲变形，散热风扇或散热片被拆卸，PCB板上有残留的焊锡等。

E.无有效三包凭证或擅自涂改三包凭证的。

F.三包凭证上的产品型号、编号与产品实物不相符的。

G.本公司产品串行号撕毁或无法确认的。

H.因意外事故，错误使用或任何方式，不可抗拒的自然因素，所造成损坏的产品，表现为：产品表面刮伤，金手指烧毁，电子元器件丢失，PCB板变形，有碰撞伤痕等。

I.因用户运输、使用、保管不当而导致损坏的产品，如：受潮腐蚀，机械损伤等。

J.因用户自行安装软件及设置不当造成使用问题及故障。

H.把显卡做为特殊测试用途，对显卡核心、显存频率进行超频导致的产品异常或损坏(如：用于挖矿调试等导致显卡核心，显存故障的，保修3个月，自出货之日起3个月内，只修不换不退。

当有下列情况发生时，本品将不再享受七彩虹的保修及服务

(1)本产品经过非七彩虹授权的维修，规格更改，零件替换或者其他七彩虹未授权的行为;

(2)产品SN序号模糊不清或消失;

(3)经检测为非七彩虹原始SN条码贴纸。

所以如果显卡是未经七彩虹公司授权的人员私自拆了造成铁片档板丢失及扭曲变形，散热风扇或散热片被拆卸，PCB板上有残留的焊锡等情况的话是不提供保修的。

但如果只是拆了无人为原因造成损坏的是可以保修的。
