闪存颗粒最早只有SLC技术颗粒;为了降低成本,厂商研发出了MLC颗粒;为了进一步降低成本,厂商研发出了TLC颗粒;那这几个有什么区别吗，下面小编来跟大家说说固态硬盘MLC和TLC的区别是什么吧。

1、根据存储原理闪存颗粒可以分为SLC、MLC、TLC三种。SLC英文全称单层式储存，存取原理上SLC架构是0和1两个充电值，即每Cell只能存取1bit数据，有点儿类似于开关电路，虽然简单但却非常稳定。MLC架构可以一次储存4个以上的值，因此MLC架构可以有比较好的储存密度，再加上可利用比较老旧的生产程备来提高产品的容量，但使用寿命较短，MLC架构只能承受约1万次的存取，远低于SLC架构的10万次。TLC则是1个单元3个bit也就是可以储存8个以上的值，其能承受约500次左右的存取。

2、通过算法与主控的调控，我们购买的MLC和TLC闪存颗粒固态硬盘，如果仅从读写速度上来看，两者可以说没有差异，在性能上的差异对普通用户来说是可以忽略不计的。在纠错能力越来越强的主控的帮助下，已经可以满足质保期内正常使用的需求。但TLC的数据保存期限是个问题。一般认为写入后断电状态30℃保存，SLC可安全保存10年， MLC是1年，工业级MLC是3个月。

3、厂商依靠优化主控、算法、ECC校验等方式得以改善了TLC SSD的可靠性。但两种颗粒相比之下，MLC确实优秀很多，目前基于TLC闪存设计的SSD通常会在主控和固件层面虚拟SLC闪存工作模式，并设置OP冗余缓存，从而提升TLC SSD的性能和使用寿命。

4、固态硬盘主控纠错技术的提升加上原厂特挑体质TLC闪存芯片，基本上已经能够保证家用条件下3年运用周期内的写入寿命。另一方面，采用M.2接口的NVMe固态硬盘主打高性能，基本包揽了MLC闪存的运用，这也使得SATA接口更多地向低成本方向发展，毕竟一块普通的固态硬盘已经要比机械硬盘体验要强很多倍，升级后的体验已经能令老电脑用户足够满意。

5、总的来说，在所有条件，也就是制程、设计、缓存、主控完全相同的情况下，TLC跟MLC的区别，就是寿命和写入速度。但是问题是，实际上市面上的上述条件，都是不一样的。家用级别和企业级别不一样，每个牌子每个型号，每一代，都不一样。MLC性能够用，价格适中为消费级SSD应用主流，TLC综合性能更低，价格也更便宜。
