要知道IDE模式属于并口传输模式,也就是我们常说的ATA模式,它广泛运用与04年之前,而AHCI模式属于新的技术,它属于串口传输模式,也就是我们所说的SATA模式,传输速度特别块,很多小伙伴分不清IDE和AHCI模式有什么区别，那么下面小编就来说说硬盘ahci和ide模式的区别在哪.
硬盘ahci和ide模式的区别
IDE模式
IDE实际上是一种并口传输模式，是前几年流行的技术。理论上最大133Mb每秒。IDE就是将SATA盘映射模拟为普通IDE硬盘，不过它不支持SATA接口带来的新技术。但IDE模式的兼容性特别的好，XP系统安装时，如果硬盘模式不从AHCI模式调整为IDE模式，安装后会出现安装失败或蓝屏的问题，这是因为支持AHCI模式。所以我们在安装系统前，要将BIOS调整到IDE模式。然后在安装系统并安装SATA驱动程序完成之后，最后将硬盘模式调整到AHCI当中。
AHCI模式。
AHCI串行高级主机控制器接口，被我们称作SATA模式。它支持SATA接口的各种新技术。如果我们打开AHCI模式，那么硬盘的性能会提高到百分之30左右，不过前提是主板能够支持AHCI模式，而且硬盘必须是SATA2或SATA2以上可行。如果我们使用U盘安装win7系统的时候，这时硬盘模式必须在安装系统之前修改为AHCI模式，不然会出现安装系统失败的情况。
两者的区别
1.简单来说，AHCI是一种新的硬盘算法，可以有效提高机械硬盘的性能，支持AHCI的一些特殊功能。该模式与IDE模式相反，需要安装SATA驱动程序才能安装系统。注：只有这种模式才能打开NCQ功能。
2.如果系统在初始安装过程中没有安装AHCI驱动，则无法打开，打开后会有蓝屏。在这种情况下，BIOS必须首先选择返回IDE模式并手动安装AHCI驱动，修改注册表后，选择AHCI重启。
