英文名Hynix，是韩国的厂商，缩写为HY，原名为现代内存，在2001年的时候改名为海力士。它主推的DDR4内存颗粒为基本MFR颗粒，也称为 M-die，工艺的制程为25nm，特点是稳定而且耐用，但是没有超频的能力，所以一般多见于低端的DDR4内存条中。
为了补救这个缺陷，它推出了CJR颗，又称为 C-die颗粒，是第三代8Gbit颗粒，采用为18nm的工艺制程，由于“H5AN8G4NCJR”等后缀为CJR的颗粒，所以也称CJR颗粒。
不久之前，海力士还推出了最新一代的JJR颗粒，又称为J-die颗粒 ，但它的作用为了取代此前的MFR和AFR颗粒，如果是想对超频要求够高的这个颗粒就不如CJR颗粒了。
以颗粒的性能比来说，基本就是CJR首选，JJR次之，接着是AFR，最后才是MFR。

B-die，是三星内存里超频的一个神器颗粒，基本的工艺制程是20nm，是喜欢DIY的玩家的心中的神，毕竟很多超频记录都是它创造出来的!它不仅对AMD的主板兼容性好，同样在Intel也能发挥出色，其中在Intel的主板上创造4000MHz以上的频率也是常规的操作，关键是时序还非常低，所以是很多专业玩家的最爱哦。
但这里说的B-die，是K4A8G045WB、K4A8G085WB等5WB后缀系列中的这些BCBP颗粒，通常被挑选出去做旗舰版的内存条，因此它的正确称谓应该是特挑B-die。
但普通的B-die颗粒，其实性能也能满足我们普通用户的需求，只是还没有具备挑战超频记录的能力，一些用来做边角料的B-die颗粒，它的性能相对来说就是最差的了，但遗憾的是B-die已经停产了。
为了推陈出新，三星继续推出了A-die和M-die系列颗粒，这些颗粒都提升了密度，即更大的容量，目的就是降低成本，便于制造单条容量更大的内存，如32G或更大。但是这些颗粒还没有应用到消费市场，因此我们还需要等等哦。
如果是对性能要求没那么高的，那么普通的C-die、D-die和E-die内存颗粒就能满足一般用户的需求了。
总的来说：在市场上能买到的三星颗粒，如果要排一个优先级，就是:特供B-dies首选，普通的B-die颗粒次之，接着C-die颗粒，再接着是D-die颗粒，最后才选择E-die哦。
如果你喜欢超频的，那么三星的高端内存条就是你必须要考虑的了，如果你是不追求性能，只求稳定的，那么三星、海力士的内存条都差别不大。
