1、固态硬盘：
（1）读写速度快：采用闪存作为存储介质，读写速度比机械硬盘快。固态硬盘不需要磁头，寻道时间几乎为零。连续的书写速度是惊人的。大多数固态硬盘制造商都会宣称自己的固态硬盘读写速度超过500MB/s。
（2）防震抗摔性：传统硬盘为磁盘型，数据存储在磁盘扇区。
（3）低功耗：固态硬盘的功耗低于传统硬盘。
2、内存条：
（1）存储容量：即存储条可以容纳的二进制信息量。例如，168个常用存储条的存储容量通常为32兆、64兆和128兆。而DDRII3普遍为1GB到8GB。
（2）存取速度（存储周期）：即两个独立存取操作之间所需的最短时间，也称为存储周期，半导体存储器的存取周期一般为60纳秒到100纳秒。
（3）存储器的可靠性：存储器的可靠性是以平均故障间隔时间来衡量的，可以理解为两个故障之间的平均时间间隔。
（4）性能价格比：性能主要包括存储容量、存储周期和可靠性。性能价格比是一个综合性指标，对不同的存储器有不同的要求。
