一、结构：

1、含油轴承风扇

　　含油轴承是使用滑动摩擦的套筒轴承，使用润滑油作为润滑剂和减阻剂，它造价低廉工艺相应简单，当然价格也就最为便宜，静音性倒是不错。

　　但是缺点太大：寿命短，工作一段时间后随着油的挥发流失以及灰尘侵入会导致噪音增加速度减慢，更严重会轴心受损偏移发生震动，最后完全没法用了。有些电脑风扇停转的问题就是由于用了这种风扇。

2、单滚珠风扇

单滚珠风扇是采用滑动摩擦和滚动摩擦混合的形式，其实就是用一个滚珠轴承和一个含油轴承相结合的产物。这种风扇价格不贵，而且克服了含油轴承寿命短的缺点，使用寿命比较长。但是单滚珠风扇的缺点是：噪音加大。

3、双滚珠风扇

　双滚珠风扇的价格仅次于磁悬浮风扇。由于采用双层滚珠结构不存在漏油问题，而且轴承的密闭性最好不容易老化磨损，所以它的寿命是最高的，很多暴力扇都是采用双滚珠的，缺点也相当致命：噪音巨大。

4、磁悬浮风扇

　　磁悬浮轴承风扇其实是改良自含油轴承风扇的，它利用了磁性原理，磁感应线与磁浮线成垂直，轴芯与磁浮线平行，转子的重量就固定在了运转的轨道上，几乎是无负载的轴芯往返磁浮线方向顶撑，形成整个转子悬空运转轨道上。

　　优点是静音、寿命相对长一些，缺点是价格较贵，普及性也不大。

二、电压不同，电脑散热风扇区别大

　　电脑散热风扇不仅是外观尺寸不同，比如有80mm、92mm、120mm、140mm乃至200mm的规格，在电压上风扇也是有区别的。目前散热风扇主要分5V和12V两种电压规格，平常见到的CPU、显卡风扇都是12V，机箱风扇也是如此。

而笔记本散热器由于需要由USB接口供电，所以使用的基本都是5V风扇。所以，在为自己电脑购买风扇的时候，一定要想好自己用在哪里。

三、风量、风压组合

　　无论是哪一种技术的电脑散热风扇，其实就是电流通过控制电路，在定子线圈处和电磁铁处产生旋转磁场，推动转子上的磁铁朝特定方向旋转，从而带动整个扇叶高速旋转，推动空气快速从扇叶处通过，已到达特定的风量和风压。这二者究竟都是什么呢?

　　风压就是风的压力，风压越大，风的力量也就越大，更加容易把机箱冲孔、防尘网等部件吹透。而风量则可以理解为同一时间通过风扇的气流量大小，在同一时间内，可以交换更多的气流来提升散热效果。

　　但是，风压与风量的关系却是相对的，在相同转速下，电脑散热风扇的风压越大，那么它的风量也就越小，反之亦然。
