1、更新ahci驱动，有时可能是因为ahci驱动过老导致的，打开设备管理器查看IDE ATA/ATAPI控制器的驱动程序还是2006年的驱动，根据自己的电脑平台(amd或intel)到官网下载最新的ahci驱动更新。

2、用DG分区工具检查硬盘是否出现坏道，如果坏道比较多考虑更换硬盘。

3、禁用服务
1)打开控制面板，右上角的图标换成大图标后，找到管理工具。
2)双击打开服务。
3)依次右击禁用HomeGroup Listener和HomeGroup Provider服务。
4)然后右击C盘，选择属性，工具窗口下点击优化按钮。
5)取消按计划运行的勾选即可。
其他方法：
1、关停电脑上的P2P软件，如迅雷、PPS或爱奇艺之类，不让它们开机启动或到设置里关掉上传设置或所谓的加速服务。

3、为确定排除软件原因，如我前述，建议重装下系统，在没有安装其它应用软件的情况下看看是否仍然存在一直100%的磁盘活动。
