　　尝试新建本地账户并用此账户登陆计算机，请参考以下步骤

　　按Win+X键，选择命令提示符(管理员)或者Windows PowerShell(管理员)，然后输入以下指令(也可以右键复制粘贴)：

　　net user 用户名密码 /add 按回车键创建本地账户

　　net localgroup administrators 用户名 /add 按回车键赋予账户管理员权限。如下图

　　xx为我创建的用户名，123456为密码。完成后用创建的账户登陆计算机查看是否解决。

　　还可以试试：

　　1、右键单击“此电脑”或者“我的电脑”，左键点击“属性”。

　　2、在出现的对话框左下角有“安全性与维护”，左键点击

　　3、在出现的对话框中左键点击“安全”。

　　4、接着在出现的对话框中找到“用户帐户控制”，左键点击“更改设置”。

　　5、把出现的对话框左侧的蓝色(也可能是其他颜色)方块调整到从上到下第二格的位置后，点击右下方的确定，重启。
